Whistleblowing Policy
The Whistleblowing Policy reflects ENTSO-E’s continued commitment to foster trust and accountability.
Purpose
- Encourage prompt internal reporting of breaches observed in a work-related context
- Ensure confidentiality, feedback, and protection against retaliation
- Allow ENTSO-E to prevent, investigate, and remedy breaches effectively
Who can report
- Employees, trainees, volunteers and secondees
- Contractors, suppliers, self-employed persons, their workers and individuals working for them
What can be reported
- Breaches of the Company Code of Business Conduct
- Breaches of laws and regulations, including in particular:
- Public procurement, financial services and markets
- Money laundering and terrorist financing
- Product, transport, food and environmental safety
- Public health, consumer protection, data protection and IT security
- Tax fraud, social fraud and breaches affecting EU financial interests
Protection of Reporting Persons
- Confidentiality of identity guaranteed
- Protection against any form of Retaliation
- No civil, criminal or disciplinary liability when reporting in good faith
